What’s the connection between reviving dead pigs and the famed Savoy Cocktail Book, written by Henry Craddock who ran the American Bar in the Savoy Hotel in the 1930’s ? It’s the Corpse Reviver #2, of course, one of Craddock’s best remembered inventions (except perhaps by those who’ve had a few, bearing in mind his advice that “four of these taken in quick succession will unrevive the corpse again”).
